Royal Singapore Lake Townhouse Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization run by a voluntary Board of Directors, who are elected by our Royal Singapore Lake homeowners to make decisions on their behalf and for the best of the community.

As directors, we have a fiduciary responsibility to oversee the common assets of our neighborhood, manage its finances, enforce and set rules, and see to the upkeep of the community. This includes insuring that homeowners and renters are aware of and maintain RSLTHA architectural standards as spelled out in our Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations, with the goal of preserving a harmonious and consistent look throughout that enriches our property values.

As officers and directors, we voluntarily assumed these duties instead of employing the services of a costly management company. We do this in order to keep homeowner assessments/dues at an amazingly affordable level as compared to any other association in Miami-Dade or Broward County, and to see that we maintain our property values and to keep our community as clean and safe as possible for you and your family.
