About Us

Royal Singapore Lake Townhouse Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization run by a voluntary Board of Directors, who are elected by our Royal Singapore Lake homeowners to make decisions on their behalf. As officers and directors, we voluntarily assume these duties instead of employing the services of a management company.

Current RSLTHA Board

As directors, we have a fiduciary responsibility to oversee the common assets of our neighborhood, manage its finances, enforce and set rules, and see to the upkeep of the community. This includes insuring that homeowners and renters are aware of and maintain RSLTHA architectural standards as spelled out in our Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations, with the goal of preserving a harmonious and consistent look throughout that enriches our property values.

Our Focus: Maintaining the appearance of our community is a never-ending process. It is one that includes all of us. We all have seen an increase in the our property values, but getting the most out of the sale of your property depends on its overall appearance, as well as that of your neighbors’ homes.
